General

This AA Highly Recommended self catering ground floor full frontal sea view, beachfront apartment is situated absolutely on the beach with direct access to the 3km promenade and well known grannies pool.This beachfront gem is situated at 3 Le Roc and has a large elevated patio with barbeque/braai facilities and patio furniture for lazy days and balmy nights. A barefoot walk onto the sand!

The three bedroom self catering apartment is well equipped. The main bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, basin and toilet. The main bedroom has sea view and leads onto the patio via a sliding door. The second bedroom has a queen bed. And the third bedroom has two single beds. These two bedrooms are serviced by a second bathroom with shower, basin and toilet and washing machine.
Linen is provided but please bring your own beach and bath towels

The living area is open plan with fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine, crockery and cutlery to serve six persons

The comfortable leather lounge area has TV and is DStv connected with full bouquet. The dining table seats six persons with comfort. A sliding door leads you from the lounge onto the patio with patio furniture where you can sip sundowners, see and smell the Indian Ocean

There is covered parking for one vehicle and additional visitors parking. Access to the complex is by remote control. Building is fully gated and fenced. The complex has a swimming pool.

Cleaning service everyday except for Sundays and public holidays
